While the application offered essential requisition tools, it needed electronic routing, which hindered the approval process by requiring requisitions to be printed and carried from desk to desk for signature and scanned and e-mailed to offsite supervisors. The system also lacked integration with Cardax Pharmaceuticals’ existing accounting software, requiring data to be manually transferred between systems. Recognizing the limitations of the application in place, Cardax Pharmaceuticals set out to find a fully electronic, turn-key solution, able to create and manage requisitions and integrate seamlessly with existing accounting systems, and found eRequisition.

Cardax Pharmaceuticals now utilizes a user-friendly, web-based application with electronic approval routing, automatic e-mail notifications, and synchronization with QuickBooks®.
This system not only allows my many users to create a requisition, but it also automatically routes the requisition for the appropriate approvals and once all approvals have been obtained, it syncs with QuickBooks, and I do not have to re-type it all in QuickBooks. This system is a huge time-saver for me, and I quite like it!
